Make sure your project is in Release mode > and not Debug mode. Is there a way, to be able to compile and run the solution without having to restart Visual Basic 2005 and without removing and readding the Test project? It would have been very helpful if VS would have told me that file is missing rather than just telling me it had an unspecified error creating the PDB file. Error.

Boot into safe mode if you have to, but you need to get the file C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\mywebservices\caca2e50\7cf3635d\2bzsrpey.pdb deleted.
