It's a single EXE file that does it all (hense my earlier recommendation). Have you tried it on a computer monitor... Been working fine on PowerDVD 9 since December. I thought maybe and update had caused the problem but the only things it looked like got installed / updated were Java and Google Earth. I know it won't give you 1080p output but it would be interesting to see if it works at all. However, after a fresh reboot the PowerDVD 9 does not work and gives the same error. Would appreciate any help. check here
The bad news is several versions of PowerDVD 7 don't support HD-DVD. In my case the error had nothing to do with using a digital signal !!!!! Then try your HD disks once you're sure. There is some setup to do but once you suss it out it's a very good player.
You can only upload a photo (png, jpg, jpeg) or a video (3gp, 3gpp, mp4, mov, avi, mpg, mpeg, rm). Guess i'll have to wait until cyberlink get back 2 me! Im still thinking my video card may the issue? The video card displays the desktop on my plasma tv ok. For the drive not recognizing disks... I was presented with sonic update manager, it couldnt find a source and was asking me to insert a disk? Cyberlink has a bad history of spotty HD support and they've made sure it was well deserved, even after they fixed their issues with Blu-Ray support/offloading. Lost password/username? PowerDVD 10 Ultra Mark II and PowerDVD 10 Deluxe Mark II have seen numerous updates since v10.0.1830.51. PowerDVD 10 Ultra Mark II v10.0.1830.51 dates back to before October of 2010 or earlier.

this always worked for me. Last thing I tried was uinstalling PowerDVD 10 and rebooting then reinstalling it. Next i upgraded powerdvd ultra with the patch they recommended.
