So I set that aside for the moment. Surprisingly enough, only ENOTEMPTY redirects to this file, all other macros in system_error redirect to errno.h. I'd be happy to contribute back with something. And then use _WIN32 for the system dependencies and _MSC_VER for the compiler ones.
