Those files don't seem to be invalid. The true solution is to backup via NDMP, but if your looking to get rid of your filers, that is not a viable solution. You shouldn't really have windows open file backup enabled on a database server, you should either use the Oracle agent or in this case create a backup through Oracle and then Veritas does not guarantee the accuracy regarding the completeness of the translation.
